Kaos Hotel Apartments has long been associated with long stays for guests especially from Scandinavian countries between the months of October and April.
Most of our long stay guests have been visiting and staying with us every winter for the last 2 decades.
Make yourself feel at home while away from home, enjoy the winter sun in familiar surroundings and have yourself a winter to remember in Ayia Napa!
We offer special rates for guests who wish to stay for more than 2 months between October - April.
Guests also get an allocation of free electricity per month (if electricity usage is above the free quota then the difference is paid at the end of the month with the rent)
Guests also have free WiFi internet and a selection of Norwegian and Swedish TV channels.
Cyprus is famous for having sunshine for 300-340 days per year and our swimming pool remains operational throughout the winter so you can enjoy the sun either on your balcony, on the pool loungers or you can take a swim in our pool!
